Irrelevant, perhaps. The points you bring up are the Japanese Government position. However, opposed to them, is often an anti-government, liberal press. It is the Kyodo press today which wrote this article, not the Goverment of Japan. You have apples and oranges all over the place there, my friend! ;-)
