We have noticed crap like that too. Groups of illegals standing around, I am talking 35 and 40 year old men, gawking at 11 year old girls with the whistles etc. To much. Some of these idiots act like they have been locked up for years.

Strange days with trouble waiting down the road.

It's a big problem- I certainly don't like it when they do that to me; it scares these young girls half to death.

They get brave in a group, too, add a little alcohol and you have the recipe for a serious immediate problem.

Last Labor Day I had a borrachero (drunk) trying to get into my apartment with a key, muttering "chingada" under his breath all the while. He was too wasted to figure out he was in the wrong building, or, for all I know, the wrong city. Of course, I don't have enough Mexican fluency to get him to understand. Meanwhile, I'm yelling through the door to try to tell him to go away. I considered calling the cops, but I knew they would just steer him to the right building in the complex. Makes you feel real safe.
