Yes, the country will have to be re-partitioned and populations, Palis and Jews, transferred(over 4 million people). Fortified borders will have to be set up (similar to Berlin Wall) where crossing by anyone is prohibited and impossible. Foreign troops, such as U.S. or U.N. may be required to implement this. I agree that Bibi may first have to come to power to achieve this.
