That is the old topic search..I have looked in there for a selection for freeper finder :>)) and can not find it

Go there and above the entry field is a bold maroon link that says: Find User Click Here

Click on that and it will open up a field to enter a FReeper's user name.

I recommend copying (highlight name and press ctrl+c) and then paste it (click on field, press ctrl+v) this way you won't accidentally misspell a name.
