2. Chandra Levy was emotionally involved with Gary Condidit but Gary Condidit was NOT emotionally involved with Chandra Levy.
3. The primary question relating to her disappearance and aasumed death is MOTIVE. Who had a motive to kill Chandra Levy?
4. In 9 out of every 10 homicides, the victim knows the assailant. So, was Chandra Levy murdered by a random killer who didn't know her? It would seem highly improbable.
5. Regardless of how she left her apartment, or how she was lured out of her apartment, I believe the truly significant point is that the KILLER (or in this case, the person who ordered and payed for the murder - Gary Condidit) could not allow Chandra Levy to leave Washington ALIVE!.
6. Here you have a young girl who announces to one and all that she is leaving Washington, supposedly to return home. So why was it so crucially important to Gary Condidit that Chandra Levy NEVER leave Washington ALIVE?? 7. One possible explanation is that Chandra Levy, a naive and emotionally involved (read distraught) young girl who desperately wanted Gary Condidit to publicly leave his wife, file for divorce, and marry her, had threatened Condidit with public exposure if he did not follow through as he "perhaps" (read pillow talk) had led her to believe.
8. I believe that Chandra Levy wanted Condidit's love child, so much so that she allowed her self to become pregnant believing that the pregnancy would "force" Condidit to leave his wife.
9. It is, however, certainly possible that she merely "invented" such a pregnancy which would "quickly" evaporate after having "forced" Condidit to leave his wife for her. Either way, imagined or real, pregnancy was the once thing that Condidit could not allow. Why??
10. Levy's departure was imminent. Assuming she was pregnant (and it could have happened within mere days of her anticipated departure via an inexpensive EPT kit) let's try to imagine that first week or month back home at the Levy household when Chandra evidences morning sickness at the breakfast table..., when her breasts start to become tender and painful..., when she starts putting on a cherubic softig face..., when her jeans don't close anymore. Eventually Chandra's little love child is not a secret, and the old man want's to know who the baby's father is....Hey, guess what Dad, it's our congressman, Gary Condidit.
11. Gee, let me guess how the Sac Bee and the National Enquirer play that one!!
12. Gee, let me guess how Condidit's stupid ignorant wife plays that one. Hmmmmmmmmmm..., not too pleased I suppose!
13. And the voters, gee, their not going to take this well at all! And how about the donors, after all re-election for a Congressman is always right around the corner...,I don't think their going to be all that pleased.
14. NO! Gary Condidit was threatened with paternity and exposure to the national press which is the one thing he couldn't hush up. Venereal disease?? No problem. Some stupid flight attendant that wants hush money?? No problem. But a kid, national press exposure, loss of the only job this moron murderer had ever known, loss of his wife, his family, his income, his notoriety, and most of all, loss of the sleazy and adulterous lifestyle he had been leading for 30 years as a Washington big shot!!! Why it's almost enough to cause a person to murder!!!
15. MOTIVE. His world would have imploded and exploded had Chandra Levy been allowed to leave Washington alive and return home. Condidit couldn't allow that and so he planned and carried out her murder. It explains the holes in his supposed time schedule alibi, his midnight trashing of evidence, his being in the Luray area to dispose of the body. No, it all fits, and any 3rd grader could connect the dots, yet, today, late in April 2002, this piece of garbage is still free and this young, stupid, girl who was brutally murdered and disposed of by this sub-human animal is still missing.
16. Motive. It is all important. It is personal. It is time-dependent. It is career ending in detail and impact. Gary Condit hired the murder of this young woman, and by all indications will join OJ on the golf course for the rest of his life, escaping punishment.
