Whether the crime occurred or not, I was addressing the initial responses to the post. The posts rubbed me the wrong way and I needed to vent my feelings. Thanks for your thoughts about "if" the crime is legit and what actions should take place.

No problem. It is a fact that much of the self-image of these "victim" groups is dependent on their being victims. If we meanies don't come across with actual attacks on them, they tend to create them as a way of enhancing their self-image. Luckily, they're usually not very good at it.
