How, exactly, are you going to handle disbursements? Will all black citizens get a check, even post 1865 arrivals?
Will we be able to develop a blood test that will determine the level of "blackness" in the blood of people of mixed race to determine their share?
Will you also support suing the current nations like Sudan that still currently utilize slaves?
Will you also support suing nations like China, Japan, Belize, Mexico, Portugal, Ivory Coast, Egypt, Jordan, Chile, England, Burma, and dozens more where slavery existed for thousands of years before the establishment of this nation?
Native American tribes enslaved people for centuries? Do you support suing them?
