Please add "clintonesque" to your list of definitions. Clintonesque - adj. describing a deceptive use of language via careful parsing of words to render a sentence meaningless or intentionally opposite of it's obvious meaning.
Eg. ("To answer the question "Is he having an affair?" with "No, he's having lunch." is a clintonesque answer if the subject is indeed having an affair, but not actively engaged in the affair at the moment.)

ALL politicians do that, George Bush for example he says, "slight chance of war", he means next month. You can't just blame it on Clinton
