excerpted - but looks like there could be a criminal complaint as well. You're forgetting something. The politicians and their "enforcers" are above the laws they pass.
Ruby Ridge, Waco, the shooting of the 20-year old in Maryland, etc...

Well they may wind up rich from the F troopers but then again the F troopers may just raid again and not let him live to enjoy his settlement. Maybe the FBI will loan the ATF either Horiuchi or Bagra. Those two operatives seem to excel at murdering innocent civilians.

It's not over yet and the boys in black have a history of getting even when made to look like the bungling murderous fools that they are. Unfortunately, that is true. I hope Jerry Michel watches his back VERY carefully. And that he has a long life.

Leavenworth?Leavenworth's too easy. So is Marion. Too much order. Too much discipline. Try Attica, Florida State, Huntsville, TX. Send'em someplace where "Bubba" will punk'em out and make'em his 'ho.
To: Squantos
did you make that ?? Of course I did, but now that you asked, you inspired it. I even used your "BatFag" syntax.

IMHO it links it to the ATF better if you spell it "BATFags".

It's just Adobe Photoshop. If you can get your hands on a copy of the program at a half assed reasonable price, then your only worry will be learning how to use it ....which isn't that difficult.
It's certainly not rocket science, a halfway technically/mechanically inclined guy like yourself will pick it up pretty easy.

Ohhhh sure I build one "flux capacitor" and now I'm gifted !! Remember all my skills involved "demolitions"...... you want to know how much C-4 to shove up a bulls butt to blow his horns off without making his eyes water then I'm yer man but technical puter stuff ?!?!?!?!? I dunno ......
I have that program in the pile here somewhere........I'll play with for 10 minutes and if I don;t have it mastered by then I'll just look at your and registered's creations.........
Stay Safe

Seems you are jumping to conclusions. Only one side of the case has been put forward. Let's see what happens in the "suit." ...then again if the plaintiff looses you will bitch about the judicial system. All that can be said with certainty is that there is a lot of room for improvement. I guess the fact that a para-military force raided his business, confiscated all of his property, shut down his business and destroyed his name for a year without even filing charges, then returned his property damaged and incomplete doesn't mean anything to you. Well, it means a hell of a lot to me.

I'm not exactly sure, but what you're saying sounds familiar. I seem to remember, too, that the feds were peeking in this guy's windows, saw a souvenir diffused hand grenade (one mounted to a board with a tag labeled "#1" hanging from the pin and a label that says, "Complaint department: take a number."), and used his possession of "explosives" as justification on the search warrant. This could be about a different case.

Good plan. Make him the cellblock sweetheart.

*Didn't Bush just raise their funding as well?**I don't think Bush has signed it yet, but I could be wrong. The 2002 Treasury appropriations bill was signed in November, with about $825 million for the BATF.

...pay by losing their jobs and forfeiting their retirements. Jail wouldn't be a bad idea either.. I like the idea of them losing their job and retirement. I don't know if jail is a workable idea. That would just swell the number of people we have to support in prison. How about job loss, forfeit of retirement, and forbid any future government employment?

Gun Kit Maker Challenges ATF's, Court's Jurisdiction
Bob Stewart is confident he will win a victory for gun owners everywhere.

(The day before the anniversary of Waco -- and Lexington & Concord)
Mesa, Arizona gun-kit manufacturer, Bob Stewart, is challenging the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, and he's seeking proof of jurisdiction of the Federal Court itself. While numbers of liberty advocacy groups have for years doubted the alleged legitimacy and authority of the ATF, Mr. Stewart is betting his very life and freedom on the fact that the BATF is way out of line in their strategies and methodologies -- stating directly that they have no authority to assault or even accuse him -- and he's doing so without an attorney and by submitting his own truly explosive documents in his defense.
BE THERE:
If you are in Arizona, especially in Phoenix, this is plenty of notice to get May 25, 2001 off of work. If Bob Stewart is right, losing a half a day of work would certainly be a good tradeoff for being present to watch the ATF and the federal court lose a jurisdiction case. And if the judge goes against the Constitution -- the Supreme Law of the Land -- it might also be interesting to be there, as well.
25 May 2001, 10:00AM Judge Silver's courtroom in Phoenix, downtown federal courthouse, 230 N. 1st Ave. @ Van Buren (SW corner)

That's a lot of money for tyranny.
To: jadimov
No, I don't think that's it -- this case is about .50-cal. rifle kits with no s/n's and all that. The case I'm thinking about, IIRC, was about 11 years ago, and involved allegations that the dealer/collector owned full-auto weapons in his collection.
The deliberate maltreatment of expensive collector's weapons as part of a "rocks and shoals" / administrative penalty for Displeasing Our Lordships was exactly parallel, however.
To: Mulder
What can you say? If Bill Clinton supported the group (Bureau Alcohol Tobacco Firearms) it is obviously not Constutional.
