A couple of questions that will make this very interesting...
Will the lawsuits challenge the whole bill or just the offensive parts?
Is the Solicitor General required to defend every element of the bill in question with equal zeal?
Would someone please tell me....What does the President think is flawed and/or what constitutional questions does he have about the CFR bill he just signed into law?
