You dont dont control the Senate with 51 votes.Tell that to D'Asshole. He's very-ably controlling the Senate with 51 votes. It's leadership, something that the RINOs (other than McConnell, is there any other kind in the Senate anymore?) sorely lack.
Other than CFR which had sixty votes, he is not getting huge majorities. Most bills are passing after compromise. Daschle is only effective at preventing our agenda from coming to a vote. Thats playing defense which is what I said earlier, you dont need that many solid votes to play good defense. Forty will do.
