Do you think it was intended that the Supreme court should have to spend all of its time taking up the issue of Bogus laws at the rate of 1 per every presidential signature? No It is everyone's duty as a citizen to do there best to follow the laws and principles set forth in the constitution. That is just part of claiming you are an American. And this current interpretation is nothing more than a method of escapism for GW.

By definition, if congress passes a bill, it has made the determination that the bill is constitutional. What is your point?. Tell me, is Bush violating his oath to protect the constitution if he enforces laws that he personally believes are unconstitutional?
