I don't know how long you have been out but my information is that mixed gender basic training has been the norm in the Air Force for some time now. There are Army bases that don't do mixed boot camp and, of course the Marine Corps doesn't mix the genders at all in training. The Navy still has male only subs but the Air Force only has a couple of MOS's that are closed to females (as far as I know the PJs and combat controllers).
I just think the zoomies are the ones who have been the most corrupted by all of this foolishness and no one in command seems particularly concerned about it.
