But I do not agree with those that call her a carpet bagger and compare her to Hillary! on the issue. I also do not approve of the way the state GOP has forced her upon us and am even more disappointed that Bush and the National GOP are so behind her prior to a primary victory.
Will she be better than Erskin Bowels or Elaine Marshall? Yes. Is that reason enough to get on the Dole bandwagon? No.
The last time I compromised my principles, was to vote for Arlen Specter. I vowed that was the last time I would vote for the "lesser of two evils". There was the same clamor, better to have a republican in name than nothing. Well that is what we got, another socialist. No more of that voting for socialists of any party.
