Sorry, but I disagree with your assessment.
(1) Hopefully, IF they catch this guy AND it turns out he was preparing for a late-night catfishing expedition he will be taken to court, fined $10,000 and face jail time.......much the same as the other idiot who ran backwards through the lines at Atlanta airport resulting in massive delays and backlogs across the country.
(2) Hopefully, IF they catch this guy AND it turns out he was preparing to test the vigilance of the authorities so as to poison the populace they will give him a quick trial and then execute him.
I see NO tinfoil explanation in all this. We are at war.
Many have that short term loss of long term memory problem. 9/11 was about 6 months ago. Time perseption is blurred, and it seems to some like 6 years.
There's a total of 10 dead microbiologist since 9/11. That's also a 6 month, not 6 year span as well.
