Since it isn't a public weight limit, rather for inclusion in a sport, this seems okay. Has a valid reason (safety), which is directly affected by the weight of females being tossed around like sacks of potatoes.

Well I can understand the University's weight limit for safety reasons, but how do they explain the requirements that all cheerleaders have at least a C-cup bra size, natural or real, and that they must be devoid of any body hair except for their head, eyebrows and eyelashes?

I worked as a photographer for years, I did portraits of thousands of cheerleaders, from Junior High School through college.
The cheerleaders want people to watch them. They might as well provide their victims with a good reason.
