You need to think about the destruction that was caused on X-42's watch and compare it to what Bush is and has been doing! X-42 don't even have a legacy, while Bush is building a strong legacy, and this little Bill thingy is just a "Be patient America, Gods in control" thingy and we will just have to wait to see what the outcome is going to be.
