So little is known about pi's decimal expansion, that we don't even know if all digits appear infinitely often. For all we know, it could end in ...01001000100001000001...
So while your proof is of the irrationality of Pi, it doesn't prove the normality of it. Generally, since normality cannot be proven, it is assumed.
