I mean that a political science that excludes the God question from the table is false to its constituencies. Cicero is a good example of a skeptic who recognized this. Since all mankind desires to be ethical by nature, it is our human condition to be religious.
IC. I'd just say that I agree with the 1st part of that statement, but the 2nd part only follows if you assume the facts of the natural world cannot give us any basis for ethics.
