I'm with you, but it is a wholesome movie of exceptional quality. In my opinion these Hollywood people wouldn't recognize real quality if it slapped them in the face, and they darned sure don't revere the innocence and honor that is woven throughout the movie. I fear this is a case of Peter Jackson "casting pearls before swine." I hope I am wrong.

The old hollywood would. ..I only need to watch old classics on TMC or AMC to remind myself of how hollywood has gone in the toilet over the last several decades.
