My theory has always been that Ol' Krusty is custom made body armor. I tried google searching the topic a year or so ago and found an Italian fashion designer who made his fortune in creating custom order gowns with kevlar and strategically located plate linings. The prices on those things was in the low six figures, so I figured it would be more practical to make such clothing in re-wearable form - the pant suit. Funny thing though, after I posted the results to my searches last year, they disappeared.
