In reading history, is there any place on Earth (outside of the USofA) where the Jew has prospered and assimilated?

Yeah... Most of Europe.
I personally met many professionals there who had been there for generations.
Better get a fresh supply of tinfoil.

Some Jews have prospered there, but it's a stone cold fact that there are many less Jews in Europe today than there were 70 years ago. Probably better to break it down by country -- Jews have done okay in England, not so well in Poland, Russia, and Germany.

I thought of Europe, then Germany and Soviet treatment of the Jew came to mind. I still don't think Europe is the criteria on how to treat the Jew! So my question is still out there.

Well, since the Jews in most of Europe were running for their lives only a little over 50 years ago, I think it is fair to say that they have not been "prospering" continuously there for generations.

I don't think you have to wear tinfoil to recognize this.
