Hear hear, Randy did an outstanding job as usual! He's a great guy;-)
But, according to her profile page, she is still missing in action on Free Republic...
What's up with THAT?Hey, lowbridge! How about starting a campaign to entice her BACK to this forum?

Ha! I scooped them! :-)
What's up with THAT?
You'll have to ask Merc about that(I'm not allowed to tell).

Good idea. :-)
I've already been begging her to come back. I could use more help.
Letter Guidelines for the Mailbag
1. All letters are subject to editing for length, grammar and spelling. Try hard to do this yourself because if there is a lot of it I won't have time to use your letter! I can't use letters in ALL CAPS - or with none at all. Please use the space and punctuation keys in their proper places as much as possible.
2. Your name will be used only with clear written permission for each letter. Please don't expect me to remember! Same goes for email and web site addresses. No commercials, please.
3. Really bad words are not acceptable. If the letter has merit otherwise, I'll just have to "bleep" out the bad ones, but don't make a habit of it! The delete key works just fine, so let's keep it polite and clean.
4. Please check for the title of the article in the "Subject" line of the feedback email (TKO-Liberty Belles Trounce "Million Moms"). If it isn't there or isn't right, please help me out by correcting it. You can write to feedback about anything, of course, but responses to our articles and features get priority in the mailbag.
Lots of "letters" are really editorials. If you have a lengthy rant on an issue rather than a comment on a Sierra Times article or feature, write clearly and boldly then submit to opeds@SierraTimes.com
Not yet...for now the campaign has to keep a low profile. Right now the best we can do is simply ask her by freepmail to come back.
Well Done!
I THINK so. At least I haven't heard anything different...YET.
Absolutely! :-)

I've often wanted to ask them, if they could go back in time and rear that child with guns, teaching him to use them and handle them safely, and make sure that he was armed and could defend himself when he was in NYC ... wouldn't they? Would they have wanted him to have a gun to save his own life?
In my heart, I already know what the real answer to that would be. It's why both of my children were trained from preschool and on.
