Maybe its because I was raised by ultra-liberal parents that I have built up a resistance. Its my belief that i am currently being called to be a good conservative example among liberals for my children and my neighbors. It does get lonely sometimes, especially in my fairly liberal Church.

What would you say if I said that the Bible was only a guide, and wasn't the word of God? More importantly what would you say if your pastor said that he was going to do something that was clearly against God's teachings according to the Bible because he thought the congregation wanted him to?
