Just read this quote again: "We as members of the Senate have come to look forward to..."

I guess since he has "come to look forward to", it becomes an entitlement. I look forward to eating stone crabs every now and then, that doesn't mean I'm entitled to them. Almost makes me want to punch him in the face.
