Why should he not be still at it....our boy Ashcroft dropped the ball again in this matter. It was okay to make the shareholders of Loral pay several $million while the criminals like Bernie go free.

Ashcroft disappointed me greatly on this matter. I know his plate is filled with terrorist problems, but he should have hired more personnel if necessary to go after Bernie.
