I would expect that she will now be charged with illegal purchase of a firearm. Why would she not be???
Or is this more of the "Clinton Syndrome", which is: the law applies to you only if you're a conservative?
It would be more like illegal transfer, I'd think. Not that she's ever going to be charged.
