WASHINGTON - Gun-control advocate Sarah Brady bought her son a powerful rifle for Christmas in 2000 - and may have skirted Delaware state background-check requirements, the New York Daily News has learned.
Brady reveals in a new memoir that she bought James Brady Jr. a Remington .30-06, complete with scope and safety lock, at a Lewes, Del., gun shop.

Is 'skirting' the same thing as 'BREAKING'?Not if you're a Lib, and/or Peter Jennings (or Dan Rather, or Mike Wallace ... etc.) is reporting it.

I have been planning to leave my meager gun collection to my grandson but have been under the impression that he would have to undergo a background check. Take him camping in Nevada. Give him a gift while there. No laws violated.

"But she gave a gun to a child."
Yes, he is a child, in the sense that he is her son. But he was 22 years old.

"Yes, he is a child, in the sense that he is her son. But he was 22 years old."Tell us what age group that Sarah Brady was calling "children."
Besides, it is widely known that Sarah Brady ignores such things as facts and the Second Amendment. In fact her web site says that the Second Amendment is "an anachronism."
