Can you afford $70k for a 4 bedroom house? It's in Narrows, Va (named for a narrow passage in the New River)

Man, keep runnin' them Va. pictures. When I lived in D.C. for three years, every weekend I'd drive out to Front Royal, Va. and just explore south from there, on or around the Blue Ridge Parkway. Towns like Luray, New Market, made it as far as Roanoke twice.

My ideal home life would be one of the gorgeous farm/estates, with rolling hills and white horse fences, that are throughout the Shenandoah Valley. That, to me, is the REAL America.

Thanks, AppyPappy! Those gorgeous pics bring a tear to my eye. I went to college at Radford and fell in love with the Blue Ridge then. Gotta get that transfer to my company's Salem office someday...

And my momma's just a little ways back down the river in Pearisburg. She'll have you over for dinner anytime.

Giles County bump.
