CFR has a provision in it that states that if a part or parts of the bill are deemed unconstitutional, they can be removed without killing the bill. So your accusation that the President would be knowingly signing an unconstitutional bill doesn't hold water. READ THE BILL before jumping all over people who have different opinions

I would like to jump in and say that im for Bush just pocketing it and let it go into law without his support. He didnt obstruct, the SC will strike it down and all would be well...thats what im talking about...
