If he doesnt sign it, then he lies (per his released statement saying he will sign it), if he does sign it, then he is signing something with known constitutional issues... But a i will digress and let this thread go to Rintense. I have to hand it to her. She is consitent and is loyal. Even when Bush raises concerns for many of us. I hope whatever comes of this, Bush comes out on top and we all laugh about it later.

I will end the political discussion and mention how GOOD Laura looks compared to the past first,last lady. :)

I suppose.

I think the reason so many of us are pissed off is because he has promised two different things. During the campaign he promised to veto the bill if his requirements were not met. Last week, he promised to sign the bill, even though it DOES NOT meet those requirements.

At this point, whether he signs it or vetos it he will have broken his own word... Am I crazy or not?

I've been saying basically what you said on other threads today. When you see our wonderful president, it is amazing how hateful and short sighted some can be. I don't see President Bush's horns in any of the pictures- guess I just see a terrific Commander in Chief and a tax cutting, Kyoto tossing, missile defensing, estate tax dropping, military pay raising,border tightening, education reforming, social security privatizing, dignity and honor restoring president.
