President Bush and First Lady Laura are on their way to Latin America for a four-day trip with visits to Mexico, Peru and El Salvador. In a stop-over in El Paso, TX, Bush spoke to a crowd about increasing security at our nation's borders. He also visited a local customs inspection area. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

I have quit listening to Limbaugh. I am not in the mood to listen to his advice, because sometimes he is just plain wrong.

Maybe I just get more information here or something, but I just don't have the interest in his show that I used to.

Plus he doesn't seem to me to understand that President Bush is not playing politics the same old way. We do not need a Newt Gingrich right now. We need a Churchill with a splash of Truman....which is what we have.

That's okay. Anytime I get a bunch of FReepers who think they are overly important riled up, I consider it a victory. I've never gone on like this in the 1.5 years I've been here...but I guess I've never failed to tow the party line until now.

I now have a much better appreciation for the people who call these people "Bushies" and for the FReepers who get sick of FR being a little club. I've lost my taste for FR, which is a shame. (I'm sure there will be some very witty and clever comments on that)

Like I said, Limbaughs first loyalty is to his career, not Republicans, and he gets more press and notoreity when a democrat is in office. It is as simple as that, why else has he never run for anything? The money is not as good, and he would actually have to put his beliefs on the table and get them done, it is much easier and financially fruitful the way he has it.
