President Bush and First Lady Laura are on their way to Latin America for a four-day trip with visits to Mexico, Peru and El Salvador. In a stop-over in El Paso, TX, Bush spoke to a crowd about increasing security at our nation's borders. He also visited a local customs inspection area. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

Rintense, bless your heart. After all your hard work for the past year - we have come to THIS !!! Is this the record for a dose-- 275 responses?. If I hadn't been on here most of the evening, and I came across and saw 275 responses, I would have sworn that "Jackal Hunter" had found the shirtless pic of GW. LOL. Wouldn't that be a hoot? I'm sure things will settle down and the Dose will return to the soothing nightcap it has traditonally been. Keep the faith. BTW, I had the same thoughts about our W's safety going to Peru today. Keep praying that God keeps him and Laura safe in the foreign travels. Thanks again for all the great pictures.

Howlin, you would find that the all the one issue wonders would be bitching about his issue and not understanding why the other one issue wonders were complaining about theirs instead of the one he was complaing about. Thanks, rintense for all you do. I have been really busy working on my doctoral disseration and have very little time to sit and visit, but I still look at the pictures and appreciate your efforts to keep the Daily Dose going. We appreciate it so much. It does my heart good.

The irony of this whole Tylenol moment is that the vast American public (you know, the ones that form their opinions by listening to Dan Rather) COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CFR. It's just too complicated to for them to understand. Unfortunately, they probably don't understand much about the Middle East situation either, or Iraq, and they need a president that can lead them through the tough times ahead. I think they've got one.
