Other members of McConnell's legal team are: James Bopp, general counsel for the James Madison Center for Free Speech; Bobby Burchfield, an election lawyer who was involved in the Buckley v. Valeo case; Washington election lawyer Jan Baran; and Kathleen Sullivan, dean of the Stanford University Law School.Anyone know about these folks?

Kathleen Sullivan I have heard of.
Ken Starr is an EXCELLENT constitutional attorney.

Starr ought to resign and appoint Kathleen Sullivan, Dean of the Stanford University Law School, as the Chief Legal Counsel.
She has major credibility.
Starr is a 'goofy-guss' tainted with sex in my humble opinion.

Kathleen Sullivan should do a good job here. She's argued against encryption regulations and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (aka Fair Use Elimination Act) and appears to have a much better grasp of the Bill of Rights than most of our our so-called leaders.

From his previous posts, I will guess that, "Bobby Burchfield, an election lawyer who was involved in the Buckley v. Valeo case", is our own Congressman Billybob.
