It reminds me of the way I was treated when I complained that one of my daughter's sixth grade classmates was bringing marijuana to school and sharing it with the girls in the girls'room. I was told by the principal that I should realize that not everyone shared by values and that there was nothing he could or would do about it. On the other hand, he no compunction reporting that one of the other girls was bringing a flask of whiskey to school.
