I believe you are mostly correct... However they made it very clear in the constitution that in public service it is about principles and doing the "right" thing.. Which is why they specifically FORBID the "establishment" of religion.. however wrote into LAW the Principles of Divine PRINCIPLES...

Which is why I would (for my own personal agenda) of course, remain quiet. The nations moral fabric is tearing by the day , causing chaos and dependancy. Maybe it wouldn't be such a bad thing (IMHO) and I would remain totally silent. Color me biased.
