In a sense he's right. You need control of both houses before you can accomplish your agenda (or obstruct the opposing party's agenda). That means putting enough Republicans in office to maintain a majority, then using primaries to replace RINOs with conservatives.
For the life of me, I can't understand how this bill got through both houses with so much support. Very disappointing.
For good reason the bill has been called the Incumbent Protection Act. They are incumbents, are they not?
