If he vetoes this the media will have a field day.So? Does that relieve him of the oath he took to protect and defend the Constitution? He needs, in fact he is duty-bound to veto this because of its unconstitutionality, no matter what the press may do.

I would love to see President Bush veto this. My problem is that when the media beats him over the head with it, our side in Washington is either too spineless to defend him or the ones that do speak up are left on the editing room floor. Our message never gets out!!
