Sonia Herkrath, another former nurse, last Friday testified that on the day after the blaze in December 1999, she had heard the Uruguayan-born Lily complain that "it was the Monaco police that killed my husband".

Lily's paid agent Sonia Casiano-Herkrath (in addition to salary, Lily paid her $100,000 "confidentiality fee") pencilled in Vivian and Ted at the last minute;
So "desperately upset" over the death of someone she "adored" was Lily, that she cremated Edmond and buried him in Switzerland--rather than Israel as he'd wished his entire life;
She arranged for their citizenship to change to Monagasque the day of his death, the day of the approval of the sale of his bank;
Netting her enough billions to be touted as the richest woman in the world (by some reports).
She paid Vivian's husband $2,000,000 to avoid an insurance investigation--
Insurance investigators are thorough and can't be bought--
Unlike Monaco.
Connections.
But of course, connections.
Lily's attorney Brendan Sullivan defended Oliver North in Iran Contra.
Her attorney Stanley Arkin defended CIA Central American Task Force chief Alan Fiers in Iran Contra;
Arkin sued American Express for accusing Edmond Safra's Republic Bank of involvement in Iran Contra and won eight million;
Arkin's clients have included Prince Albert Grimaldi of Monaco.
So why does Monaco have to awaken Ted Maher every twenty minutes?

While Rubin went to Citigroup (chief debtor Enron) as Deutch went to Citibank and took along Slatkin who was "investigating" Deutch for putting 17,000 classified CIA files on his unsecured home computer logged onto Russian sites--
No, it's much simpler to have a "designated lone nut"--even if you have to keep giving him the third degree three years later--
Because when you bring in Russians and banking you have Lily's Stanley Arkin defending Bank of New York's Natasha Kagalovsky (husband Konstantin Kagalovsky of Russia's Menatep, formerly) in the money laundering scandal--
And frankly, it's as difficult to swallow as Lily's second husband shooting himself twice in the heart to leave her $200,000,000--
Monaco, you've had your three years, you get a failing grade--
Let Ted return to his family--he's innocent--
