I finally caught up with Griffith yesterday, after his return from Monaco. It is quite depressing. Griffith informed me he cannot help any further with Ted unless he gets $30-35K to help pay for the expert witnesses-plane tickets/hotel stay/ time spent on research at Monaco for the trial. The trial will be only several days notice leaving $1800 ticket each-fire experts, DNA experts, police procedure experts, etc.

Griffith met with Davoust (Minister of Justice) who talked about the "sending of Ted to the French Jail"- (where men get raped on a daily basis-one of the worst prisons in the world) upon conviction. This leads me to believe that the Supreme Court decision will be denied.

I am asking my church for help as well as working extra days at work. I am at my lowest of emotional strength/dignity asking for advice/help. I appreciate any help/advice and apologize if anyone feels this is inappropriate. I just don't have anything left after losing everything, staying with family with our three children.
