FREE TED MAHER NOW, MONACO
DAY 992 WRONGLY IMPRISONED WITHOUT TRIAL ON EXTORTED FALSE CONFESSION
Monaco's as Kafkaesquely coercive as Mugabe's Zimbabwean nightmare.
Ted's Monaco attorney Donald Manasse will contest the appellate decision.
Manasse will demand that the thirty-seven page document be vacated.
It is the position of the Monaco-based attorney that Ted should have been released for glaring procedural error:
Namely, that Monaco violated its own law in interrogating Ted without attorney present.
As Manasse stated in his appeal on Ted's behalf, Monaco released two such wrongly interrogated persons this year.
Monaco's refusal to release exculpatory evidence, or to admit to its own wrongdoings shall fall to impartial examination in a French court.
We all enjoy a good French-bashing, but in truth, the French have been holding Monaco's feet to the fire of late.
Monaco and Manasse stand to suffer should they fail to release Ted--
There is a point at which even the U.S. State Department will get off the dime.
Don't look for a resurgence of Monaco tourism until they roll the rock away.
Until then, they're just gestapo in Mel Brooks tights.
MONACO, TOURISM'S DOWN--WONDER WHY? SAFRA'S DEAD--AND YOU'VE GOT THE WRONG GUY

I feel the compulsion to post this on Ted's thread so there will be no misunderstanding. Also, I think I need to convince Jim that I'm not going to change my mind about this. ;-)
My personal life has gotten very busy and I no longer have the free time to come to FR, so I've asked Jim & John to delete my account. What free time I DO have will be spent with my children instead of at FR. I've hung on at FR for the past year mainly for Ted & Heidi, but my schedule has reached the point where even that is no longer possible. Advanced degrees don't grow on trees -- someone has to actually do the work. ;-)
Godspeed to everyone, and good luck. Hang in there Heidi and the rest of Ted's family. Ted WILL come home from that God-forsaken hellhole one day, I just know it.
By the way, did I ever mention that I was the one who registered the name of "All?" A lot of good it did me; by the time I got around to trying to use it, I forgot the friggin' password. Jim, maybe you could make that a system account so no one will hack it and pretend they're me. I remember making the password VERY easy so I wouldn't forget it. LOL!

"It is the position of the Monaco-based attorney that Ted should have been released for glaring procedural error: Namely, that Monaco violated its own law in interrogating Ted without attorney present."That's the least of Monaco's blunders & trangressions; but, if this is all it'd take to get this unjustly accused man's freedom granted?
Then so be it.
On behalf of Ted Maher as we await his return from his nightmare.
