I've posted articles about a dozen times. I tried yesterday, with the new format, and it just wouldn't post. What's with that?

I'm a retired engineer. There was an expression in my field, when engineers kept tweaking and tweaking a system. It was "Shoot the engineer and ship the system". Appropriate here?
