Hmmm, good point. I don't know if they've tested that particular patch of blood. Where is the testimony about Damon kicking the dog again? Did he say why he kicked the dog? I think I missed the explanation--but sometimes I've known a dog to protect a child, even from an abusive parent. You'd think the dog would not attack an owner, but I've known this to occur.
