I find it hard to believe that real kids use this idiotic, contrived slang. Then again my thinking is soooo September 10th.

I saw them reading from this article on Fox and Friends this morning. ED is very good at imitating a teenager!

Then again my thinking is soooo September 10th. I seriously don't think its bad at all. You see, Tom Dashole, the democrats, and the red diaper doper baby professors want us to return to pre-911 thinking, i.e., the "Time of Klinton".

Just call me "Firefighter Cute", or I will bring the "total jihad" on you!
For Great Justice!

"Their bedrooms are "ground zero." Translation? A total mess."
My parents used to refer to my bedroom as ground zero and that was almost 40 years before 9/11/01.
I'm pretty sure that the term was coined during the nuclear age in reference to the point of detonation of a fissional device.
Here I am nit-picking I guess that I shouldn't sweat the "sept. 10th" stuff

"Terror humor," as it's called by those studying the phenomenon, is even going to be the subject of a special panel organized by Paul Lewis, an English professor at Boston College, for a conference of the International Society for Humor Studies this summer in Forli, Italy.Somebody has waaaaay too much time on their hands.

Yeah, me too...
Their ultimate work would probably be the "World's Funniest Joke" like on the Monty Python skit.
To: Callahan
It is pretty contrived, I don't hear any teens talking that way.

I discovered Savage about 2 months ago on the internet and I absolutely love him! I consider myself a connissuer of talk radio and have listened to most hosts around the nation and Savage is one of the best and most entertaining. I consider him a cross between Richard Lewis, Pat Buchanan, William F. Buckley, and Frank Rizzo.
When I first heard "RDDB" it immediately caught my attention because I knew exactly the people he was talking about. If anyone spends any time in college you know that these leftists are all over our universities, spewing their filth and enforcing leftist orthodoxy with Ernst Rohm efficiency. Savage has 4 degrees and spent all that time at Berkeley so he knows what he is talking about, which is why his show might be the radio version of "FrontPageMag".

My husband LOVES Savage (right at bedtime, so I'm a captive audience) - but I can only take so much of him - SOMETIMES he's just a little too exhibitionary for me - if that explains it.....too full of himself, I guess.

LOL Gotta love kids!

Petty concerns? "That's so Sept. 10."Now, I like that!
