Of course women's hormones rage.....just wait till they are childless in their mid 30s and some get absolutley wild about making a baby.

BUT, women have to exert some type of restraint more so than men simply because of their biological nature and the fact that there are many irresponsible men around these days. There are many many facets to this problem and young women coming into their own sexually are but only one part of it...but this thread started on article about these particular gals.

I would be happy to opine on the faults with unrestrained young male promiscuity as well. A man is not defined in my book by his "conquests" but rather by his sense of responsibility, duty, and courage but to name a few behavioral attributes. I would toss in a chivalrous demeanor towards the ladies as one as well but young girls sadly are often more attracted to the bad boys when young. Their appreciation for real men usually only comes later when they've learned to appreciate the bounty of a "good" man. Often the hard way...thru experience with losers.

One thing I started noticing after getting into my late 20's is that many women with who had been around the block a few times agressively go after the "nice" guys, while the "nice" girls sometimes have trouble discriminating and wind up getting burned by "players" or marrying the kind of chumps you know just aren't going anywhere.
