You got it, fellow Texan (even though I'm really from Ohio).
Heh, heh, heh! ;-)

As of today I sure would vote for him. Have you seen what the opposition wants to do? Think of Clinton and multiply by 3. Makes this man look like a saint.

Alas for America. I read through all the posts so far. I guess a slow death is better than a fast one. I may not be around by the time things get really bad, but my kids will. I suppose I can always tell them I voted for the lesser of two evils. < /sarcasm >
Personally, I'd rather see the dems in power over all branches with large majorities. It won't be until this behemoth we call a government gets so large, so demanding, and so controlling that a large number of people just can't stand it anymore that we will ever see any kind of change. It's human nature, "...all Experience hath shewn, that Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while Evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the Forms to which they are accustomed." The democrats will get us where we will eventually end up much faster than the republicrats and maybe then people will remember what our Founders told us about the nature of government.

Personally, I don't know how Chuck Baldwin is still alive. I have not seen one positive e-mail from this man. I wonder if he ever gives anyone the benefit of the doubt at any time. I've been pissed at a lot of things Bush and the spineless Repubs have done lately, but he is NOT evil incarnate.
To: Tumbleweed_Connection
Yep, I'm going to vote for Bush in 2004.

Man, the libertarians and brigadeers are playing the seminar poster to the hilt today. Must have gotten some bad drugs!

With a Record like this is is difficult to tell why Democrats are so upsett that Gore lost the election.
To: Tumbleweed_Connection

Probably should have voted for Gore.

One could make a similar list about Ronald Reagan too. Fact is, the "perfect conservative candidate" would be unelectable. The team we have in place right now may have their flaws but they sure beat Al Gore and Joe Lieberman.

Yawn!....another day, another 10 bash-Bush threads here on FreeRepublic. Just more people that never voted for him saying that they will never vote for him again. I thank God everyday that Bush is in the White House - and am grateful that I helped get him there.
