Not maybe. Once again, Section 245(i) applies to Illegals. It's there in plain English. Others have conceded this, you appear to be unwilling or unable. I cannot help you any further.

The bill extends the deadlines for 245(i), without changing the category of foreign nationals who fall under it. Those categories are described in the two INS statements I posted. If you'll simply look at them, you'll see that 245(i) is applicable to Illegals, who don't qualify, as legal foreign nationals would, under other subsections of 245.

Look at those and look at the links on the Google list I gave you. I've provided you with the relevant information...
