You call me a "nanny state nico-nazi" because you have been convinced that I don't like smoke because I am concerned about YOUR health. I'm NOT concerned about your health & I don't care if you smoke yourself to death. If thats what you want to do I'm all for it. What happens when you want to come into MY room but don't want me to smoke? Does property rights trump all or does the state tell me that I can't because YOU MAY want to come in.

...I got tired of doing the extra work for my smoker work partners, when they went outside for 10 minutes maybe 4x-5x per shift. Then, I started taking a FULL hour for my lunch break, rather than the allotted 1/2 hour. I told everyone I was just adding in my "smoke breaks". ....no one has said anything... they don't want to upset their "smoke break" apple-cart.
