I'm not your usual smoker.
I consciously hold my cigarette usage to ten cigarettes a day normally.
I can go literally days without a cigarette while canoeing or rafting and have done so on more than a couple of occasions.

So I don't need a cigarette break nearly as bad as some smokers.
