Not sure if this has been posted before. I ran a quick search on some of the words in the title.

The philosophy described here is scary to say the least. The tree huggers have the ear of the lawmakers and we are seen as prediators and destroyers of all things on earth.

Hunters are already divided, keep dividing them.

There's the problem. If you are a hunter, and you divide us, YOU ARE THE PROBLEM.

Thank you for this post. It is a keeper. 2% to 11% control of the electorate and they have total control. Well, that may be an exaggeration. But the point is - as most FReepers forget - it takes only a small dedicated group of people to take control of an entire country and destroy it. Why can't we, Free Republic'ers - get a week long convention and plot and plan for the return of this once great nation to the principles upon which it was founded????? Could we find funding for five days at a luxury hotel anywhere? And, could we draw enough people to support such a strategy meeting????? One wonders.

These people are insane yet they are treated with respect AND KID GLOVES BY THE FEDS WHO WOULD just as soon blast away at hardworking, law abiding, peaceful, Americans who happen to own guns for self defense, hunting, or hobbies.

FIVE DAYS in a luxury hotel? Now just WHO was footing THAT bill? My guess is if you looked hard enough - you would find the bill paid by the Rats whom these radicals control. Why? Because they are ALL MARXISTS which means they ALL operate by THUG BRUTE FORCE.

I think the Anti-terrorism task force missed an opportunity to infiltrate an American terrorist organization. Too bad. Maybe they will read about it here.

"Those of you who hunt, fish, trap, wear fur, raise mink, sell fur or leather products, train animals, have pets, enjoy rodeos, enjoy circuses, live on ranches or farms, log timber or graze animals, use wood products, eat meat, eat eggs, eat cheese, eat wild fish and wildlife, eat seafood, attend dog races, support animal research for human treatments, support proactive fish and wildlife management for human benefit, use public lands, own guns, support the 2nd Amendment, wear leather, oppose terrorism, oppose intimidation, oppose physical threats, recreate in the outdoors with your families, love your children, want your religious institutions kept free from infiltration and manipulation, believe in the Constitutional freedoms of the USA, oppose the continued expansion of Federal power, oppose forcible establishment of rule by anarchy in our USA, oppose the efforts of the UN to regulate everything to do with fish and wildlife and guns throughout the world, and who love this nation and what it stands for should have been there. "

"YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE" will look badly on our grave stones unless we fight this crap.

"YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE"

is more infuriating than "I told you so", but not by much.....BUMP

There's a homeschooling message board/forum whose board owners are anti-meat, anti-gun rights. Heck, they won't let you post anything about meat or guns at their site even if the discussion centers around rights! Funny thing is that one of them is an heir to the Armour Meat Company!

I thought you all might be interested in this. The bottom line on this is

WHERE DO THEY GET THEIR MONEY??

Those college kids are not able to pay for 5 days in a Hilton. I see also that people are being recruited.

This is very dangerous, and we need to be paying attention. I hope the FBI is tracing their money.

One word:

TERRORIST

This is the word we need to start repeating over and over when we talk about these people. That one word can negate all their efforts described in the above article.

Be a shame if at this conference a slew of rats, cockroaches, wasps, anacondas, tse-tse flies, and wart hogs in heat (just for added effect) were suddenly "liberated."

I don't agree with some people on this thread about the FBI ever looking into these groups. They will turn a blind eye to them. Sadly, as radical as they are, this type of crap is becoming more and more mainstream. I think we all know deep inside which groups will be labeled as 'terrorists' when it's all said and done.

The fact that these supposedly 'grass roots' activists are being funded and put up in a nice hotel when the average Joe couldn't afford it is evidence of the old communist 'pinchers' strategy - the whole movement is being funded by some type of leftist foundation, but the illusion is that the activism is coming from common citizens. Pressure from above, pressure from below. Guess who gets 'squeezed' in the middle?

BTW - ya gonna make it to Knob Creek?

At one point I felt as if I was attending a communist training program back in the 50's or 60's for a cadre of insurgents to be sent into a country to be subverted. Some are trained to control the media, others to influence politicians and control bureaucracies, still others to control religion and schools, demonstrators were to disrupt things, and others to do the "other things" that ultimately underpin all the rest. Frightening is too weak a word to describe what it is like to watch this take place in a luxury hotel in a free country.

Frightening is right. What an awful experience.

Thanks for posting this article, SLB.

To:  The Internal Revenue Service of the United States.

Peta has been making over 10 million dollars per year in donations over the last 5 years. On their website, it is shown that your donation will go to help the animals, but it has been discovered otherwise.

Peta has a tax-exempt status on all donations they recieve.

To be eligible for 501(c)(3) tax exemption, a group must be organized and operate exclusively for charitable purposes. Its activities cannot be illegal, or "in conflict with express statutory restrictions." And its activities must promote its main purpose.

it was recently discovered that Peta donated $1,500 to the "earth liberation front" to "support their program activities" back in the year 2000.

ELF is considered a terrorist organization by the FBI, and for a reason.

their "program activities" include the arson of a $12 million mountaintop lodge at Vail, spiking trees in Idaho's Nez Perce National, burning down a barn and cutting fences at a wild horse facility run by the Bureau of Land Management, setting fire to a biotechnology research facility at the University of Minnesota, and numerous other destructive acts. According to the FBI's counterterrorism division, ELF has caused $43 million in damage in the past six years.

The Center for Consumer Freedom has recently discovered that Peta donated $45,000 to the "support committee" for Rodney Coronado, who was convicted of setting fire to a research facility at Michigan State University.
They have also discovered that Peta donated $5,000 dollars to the comitee for josh harper, an associate with ELF's sister organization, the Animal Liberation Front, (ALF) who also commit to violent acts.

I view these as acts of terrorism, extortion, and intimidation, and certainly do not consider them applicatory to the definition of elegibility for tax-exempt status.

The IRS has been refractory to any pressure from celebrity or high-level figures, and we do not ask for any more than this.

We would like the IRS to please launch a review of Peta's tax exempt status, and become familiarized with the organization. They may find that Peta, as an organization, does not deserve the tax exemption they recieve.

Here, again, is the definition.

To be eligible for 501(c)(3) tax exemption, a group must be organized and operate exclusively for charitable purposes. Its activities cannot be illegal, or "in conflict with express statutory restrictions." And its activities must promote its main purpose.

do they fit?
Petition for the review by the IRS for tax-exempt donations to Peta.

Thanks for the consideration
-Jack McLarty

Sincerely,

The Undersigned

Review and/or Revoke Peta's tax-exempt status.
Sign the Petition

The right to vote? The right to own property?

The right to vote?

Judging from the way our county and state government operates, the apes have taken over Kentucky. :-)
